Not your average Sunday League player.

Looks like a matter of time. I would have brought Adams on for Doak. Has some pace and could have supported Dykes.
Putting McLean on is Clarke reverting to type

McLean definitely the right choice when ahead. Different if we still needed a goal, but no point putting another out and out striker on when defending a lead.

One performance I`ve been impressed with so far is the ref... Allowed players to compete when most wouldve blown for a foul, but any time a player uses their hands to impede, its been given...

Christie isn`t having much joy. Wouldn`t Tierney be a better option playing so deep?

Being negative after going ahead was what Southgate did against Italy and it cost them the Euros.

It`s not negative though, its a midfielder for a midfielder.

Might work, might not but no point changing formation at that stage.

Long way to go.

Wasn’t advocating a change of shape. I’m sure Adams could have ran up and down the line like Doak ?

Look how many men we have up the park since we scored. Clarke is an international version of McPake

Lucky to get a man sent off. Maybe could nick it ?

I`ve seen yellow cards given for less than that. Can`t understand Faddy and Thompson saying the Dane was unlucky.
