Sure he missed a couple and did blow for a couple of soft ones but overall the best we have had this season. What an opportunity we missed in 2014. Reply |

He wasn’t perfect, he’s a ref after all. Very few decision today that I disagreed with. The one where Matty was taken out at the dug outs should have been a foul. However over all he was pretty fair and consistent. Rather have a ref like that than one who gets “ played” and ends up blowing for foul after foul after foul like the one we had against St Johnstone. Refs get mega criticism and rightly so most of the time but the ref today was the best I have seen in a very very long time… He was also right to ignore Chris Kanes pathetic attempts to win fouls. It’s a part of his game I dislike. Cost us possession a couple of times late on.. What an opportunity we missed in 2014. Reply |

| 8. Author: TAFKA_Super_Petrie Date: Sat 22nd Nov 2025. 20:29 Morton could have had a penalty for a pretty blatant push from a corner. Think it was Mullen on their #6 at the back post. There was quite a cynical one on big Barney (maybe why he didn`t make it out for 2nd half?) right down his calf or achilles where he played advantage but when the play eventually stoppedn a while later he barely spoke to their player let alone book him. --------------------------------------------------------------- ![]() [b]"People always talk about Ronaldinho and magic, but I didn't see him today. I understand letting things go to allow the game to flow but there were 4 or 5 completely cynical fouls committed in the first half that he ignored, including players being shoved whilst jumping for a ball which is dangerous play. Not to mention Moffat going down whenever he felt a breath and being awarded a foul, poor poor refereeing Reply |

Author: DrumRoad Date: Sat 22nd Nov 2025. 21:59 IMO, he was a sh1t referee being a piece of sh1t Some of the stuff he let go should without doubt have been fouls & a number should have involved a yellow card I’m all in favour of letting a game flow but not so much that it could easily impact on the result The standard of referees at our games this season seems very poor (he says wearing his black & white tinted glasses) 2022/23 League one Winners Reply |

| 17. Author: Bucuresti Par Date: Sun 23rd Nov 2025. 07:34 I thought the ref was pretty good, let the game flow, possibly let a little too much go but I felt he was consistent with this at least. A couple of things he missed, was a foul on Tod by the touchline, should have been a yellow as taking someone out in the air is dangerous - the guy made no attempt to play the ball. Similarly the lad who took out Barney deserved a booking. Reply |

From the grab/elbow on barney to the borderline red card that didn`t even get looked at, not to mention the grappling and two hands on the back that went consistently unpunished it was an incredibly poor performance.
