We are awaiting an update from Partick if they will provide us with facilities or not. We have had varying success in the past in getting a stream out of Firrhill unfortunately. If Partick wont allow us in the gantry then we wont be able to get a stream out, we will update as soon as we know more.

St Johnstone had their stream from Firhill on Sat so can’t understand why Pars TV might not get the same offered…

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Lots of room normally at Thistle in the gantry to be fair but they can be funny at times.

Numerous times had to film from the back of the main stand.

C'mon Ye Pars!

There have been numerous times in the past that we have turned up to Firrhill only to be told that we are in the Colin Weir (main stand) which has no power or WiFi. Every now and then they let us in the gantry but it seems to depend on how they are feeling that day! We are guests in their stadium so we have to bide by their rules.

Thanks for the replies.

That’s a few times I’ve heard of other Clubs not being very accommodating. I’d like to think we treat them accordingly at East End.

Can the club SLO bring this up to the attention of the board , and at their league meeting get a league wide proposal ,agreed to by all clubs in our division.

If the home team are streaming the game at £12 why would they allow the away team access to stream it, especially if they anticipate a big uptake from fans of the away team?

Just surmising that fans are more likely to travel on a Saturday as opposed to a Tuesday night? Seems to me that they are trying to get Pars fans to buy their stream?

We are more likely to get better cooperation in the future if we adopt a, "Two wrongs don`t make a right" principle.

They would lose cash if they allow us to stream it, but they would gain cash if we allow them to stream EEP matches.

As Raymie says there`s likely to be a bigger demand for a midweek game than a Saturday one. In fact, the Saturday one may be selected by the BBC for Friday night transmission which would probably make the streaming facilities redundant.

They won`t lose any cash.
ParsTV would stream only to monthly subscribers

Patrick will enjoy the facilities at EEP.
SPFL rules allow away clubs to stream to overseas.

If it`s an away game and on TV then the away club provides a service to overseas subscribers who can`t watch the TV

So you can buy a single game from PT but have to buy a monthly subscription from Pars TV?🤔😮

Not sure I understand your question.

Yes you can buy a single PPV from Partick the home team as it`s not a blocked saturday

Yes ParsTV overseas subscribers have access when available at away ground

Them`s the rules. PPV only by the home team and only if game is not covered by blackout period.

Surely we should be able to get some confirmation from the home team on Pars TV access in advance, rather than just turning up and hoping they are nice to us?

Can`t this be arranged in advance with a call or an e-mail to the person in charge?

Yes BlackLight, there are pre ops calls before each match. Opposition club media is not a priority on most of these calls for the host team, not every team has the facilities or the forward thinking that we have as a club I`m afraid.

I`m not trying to be obtuse. I`ve been a Pars TV subscriber for many years and it`s been a lifeline as an overseas fan.

I get that some clubs are more organised than others and that some clubs are more helpful than others. At the same time, there are only 9 other clubs in our division. Even with some decent cup runs that still means that about 80% of our matches in a season only need to be coordinated with a pretty small group of people.

The Thistle match will be a 3.45am kick off for me. It would be good to know whether there`s going to be coverage before I set my alarm.
