A different winner after an exciting season could have sparked something and shown Scottish football in a different light, maybe attracting players who wouldn’t have considered it before. Or maybe even boosting media interest and telly money for a more competitive product. But nah, another one in the trophy cabinet for Celtic instead. A title they’ll probably have largely forgotten in a couple of years when they’ve gone on to add another and another. It’s all so sadly inevitable. Reply |
