Really is down to the wire for McPake tonight, if no result I reckon he will be gone .hopefully can see a change up and mebude, cooper and fogarty are all on from the start tonight.

Agree 100% 2004Par. Also would like to see us play with more tempo as we did against Raith from the off. I saw an interesting reel the other day from a Man Utd coach who said Ferguson ended his briefing to him when he started by saying the most important thing for practices was to focus on getting the team to attack with Pace, Power, Penetration and Unpredictability. We have been far too predictable and the manager keeps leaving out some of our potentially more unpredictable players like Cooper. Let`s hope we start playing from the off rather than waiting until we are behind or late in the game. I hope Wighton is not in the team.

Ngwenya fogarty young comrie

KRH Hamilton Otto mebude

Todd

Kane

Would prefer 2 strikers but we don’t really have one thats decent so have put Todd in.

I think you are kidding yourself on about him getting sacked. I`d agree that a more attack focused line up is called for tho.

Any team without Wighton will be a bonus

I agree to disagree with the OP, and it`s nothing to do with happy clapping.

The owners don`t have the same concerns of impending doom that many fans have. They will make decisions based on finance.

Sacking a manager, and most likely his assistant, with an 18-month contract left, is very costly, with a real risk that the new manager may also fail to enthral the fans.

I don`t think anything will happen until the contract is much shorter, or we drift further away from safety.
There may come a point where the cost of relegation becomes concerning enough to them, and they act.
We are a distance away from that yet.

I think if we were maybe 6 points behind 3rd bottom fear might kick in, but they won`t spend so much cash while we are in touch with the pack.

I think we have to set up to score goals tonight. We will need 2 goals so have to be positive going forward and more direct at times. Getting off to a quick start is important. It`s a game we can and should win.

Can and should win. We’ve been saying that’s since Spartans game. Unless the manager goes out with a positive team it’s going to be same old same old.
