3. Author: DBA Date: Sat 16th Nov 2024. 21:44 Buster_Brown, Sat 16 Nov 21:36 There used to be a MOTM thread every week. Why should there not be a new thread praising one of the team? Comrie was outstanding today, Bene was good but he stole the MOTM from Aaron today. Reply |
4. Author: Indiapar Date: Sat 16th Nov 2024. 22:09 If there is a player who is Mr Consistency it`s Aaron Comrie. He delivers week in week out. He has been a very good signing for the club. Reply |

6. Author: coventrypar Date: Sat 16th Nov 2024. 22:39 Agreed Comrie was in the shadow of Edwards but they were first choices every week I will say after his minor op our new left back gets better every week … he will be sold soon. Comrie will end up with a testimonial "If you have no kind words to say you should say nothing more at all" Reply |

11. Author: PARrot Date: Sun 17th Nov 2024. 02:34 Buster_Brown, Sat 16 Nov 21:36 Why? This is specifically about an individual. I recon they read the forum, and this is encouraging. Bet he feels good getting singled out. Reply |
12. Author: Par excellence Date: Sun 17th Nov 2024. 08:41 Apologies, I had no idea that I had broken any rules or indeed offended other posters. Perhaps, as you seem to be someone in the know, you could forward me the forum rules and I’ll try and post more responsibly in future.Thanks. > Buster_Brown, Sat 16 Nov 21:36 Post Edited (Sun 17 Nov 08:42) Reply |
13. Author: LochgellyAlbert Date: Sun 17th Nov 2024. 08:43 Comrie was tremendous yesterday as he has been for most of his time at EEP! Even he must be wondering why they get booed off at half time, absolutely ridiculous. 🤬 Reply |
14. Author: Raymie the Legend Date: Sun 17th Nov 2024. 09:09 Aaron had his best game for us in quite a while. It was pleasing to see him return to the levels he displayed on a consistent basis during his first few years with the club. I particularly recall the great relationship he had on the park with Ryan Dow. Aaron would be the epitome of the term “model professional”. Hard working, dedicated to his profession and never giving anything less than 100% Whilst not the most technically gifted full back ever to grace east end park, I’m sure if you had ten Aaron Comries on the pitch, they would not lose many games It`s bloody tough being a legend Ron Atkinson - 1983 Reply |

17. Author: oapar Date: Sun 17th Nov 2024. 09:48 Aaron always gives his all in every game and is definitely one of the players who plays for the jersey. We could do with a few others with his work rate. He had a great game yesterday. Post Edited (Sun 17 Nov 09:48) Reply |
18. Author: wee eck Date: Sun 17th Nov 2024. 09:59 He`s on a fine run of form, possibly because he has been free of injury this season. My impression is that he has improved his heading ability. He seems to win most of his aerial duels and usually finds a team-mate with his clearances or puts the ball out of danger. Reply |
