Let`s hear it for Aaron Comrie, who has now clocked up 200 appearances for the Pars.

During that time he has been one of our most consistent performers, always putting in a great shift and one of the first names on the team sheet by 7 different managers since signing for the Pars in 2019. I`ve lost count of the number of times I`ve made him our MOTM only for it to be inexplicably given to a teammate who perhaps scored but didn`t play as well as Aaron.

He`s simply a class act and we`ve been lucky to have him.

Tidy player too, rarely makes mistakes, hope he stays for longer.

Can`t argue with that, a diamond amongst the coal.

He was always someone I thought who could have made the step up to the Premiership and not looked out of place.

Fantastic, consistent performer over a long period of time.

If we had a team of Comries we`d be in a very good place.

200 appearances is a great achievement, but Aaron has some way to go to catch the likes of Norrie McCathie, Bobby Robertson and Kenny Thompson. Does anyone have the stats for all-time player appearances?

I was wondering if Aaron is anywhere near the top 10.

Cheers, Stanza. Joint 39th then. 😀

I didn`t realise Willie Callaghan senior was in the top 3. Still, guessing 3 of the top 4 wasn`t a bad effort, 🙂
