I`ve been at EEP lots of times with less than 3,000 there.

Last time we were promoted to the Premier League/SPL, under 1,750 turned up to one of the home games.

Why not just change to any teams that average less than 40k crowds get kicked out, just leave the 2 cheeks?

Livi (like Hamilton before them) are where they are on merit.

If they can win the league on these crowds, good luck.

Like Adonis, I`ve been to more Pars games on small crowds than bigger ones (I`ve watched us for 50 years)

Leagues should only be decided on sporting merit.

We are where we are because we aren`t good enough. Livingston is obviously a club who is a well oiled machine and has done well to stay in the premier league for so long until recently.

But we have been dreadful for a few seasons and to suggest just because our fan base we deserve to be playing at a higher level than them is what is an absolute joke.

c'mon the pars

I agree btw . I’m all for sporting merit but it gets us absolutely nowhere . Thank you.

Or with Falkirk, Ayr, Livi, Partick who are all above Raith at the moment.

Then there`s those 5 plus queens, morton, Hamilton who are all ahead of us.

C'mon Ye Pars!

I’d happily increase the top league to 16 teams .
Would love to get there on merit of course .

If you are sad about us underperforming as a club in relation to our size of fan base then look at why that is. Years of piss poor managerial appointments and player recruitment. Don’t turn your anger on other clubs with smaller fan bases who have used what they have more effectively.

I’d like to think at some point in the near to medium future we will eventually get it right and appoint a manager who takes us back to the SPL.

We`re in a league of decent sized clubs. Some clubs are doing better due to be bankrolled while others are simply better run. We`ve been through umpteen managers in the last few years with little in the way of improvement. I`d also say we`ve lost some really decent directors and volunteers in that time too.

It obviously won`t happen this season, but I`d love to see us coming out fighting into the next season with a refreshed squad. We`ve got a hungry management team and owners who seem keen to invest in the squad. That`s a pretty solid foundation to build on IMO.
