That`s it . One week away from a televised cup tie and we look miles away from being ready for it .
Are we asking too much to at least be given a heads up from anyone in a senior position about what`s going on .
Is Easton the only target we had in our sights, or are there any negotiations going on with other players/clubs .
We really need some good news , because the last few weeks have been abysmal .
One completely disillusioned Pars fan here .

Even if we make a signing do you think they will play against Hearts, not a lot of time to bring them up to speed and integrate them into the team.

We had an opportunity last year with the weak championship to make a push but never invested and blew it.

We had the buzz when Neil Lennon signed this year to sell record season tickets and build up the anticipation for the season ahead, now we back to the same low of the last couple of seasons.

When are things going to change

Seemingly we had a friendly lined up with Hearts before the cup draw was made, for obvious reasons that`s been binned.
However having played EK, Stirling, Kelty and East Fife we will go into the game against the PL team having faced League 1 opposition at best.

What you talking about Par? Bringing players in and getting them up to speed before playing them?? Did you see the wanyama debacle last season? We need not worry about fitness!

Current squad won’t lay a glove on hearts but you never know, we’ll have to brings players in at some point and activate plan b due to not getting Easton.

The post below replying to me is by one of .nets finest champions of mediocrity!

Nothing will change when the guy at the top remains the same

My goodness. Calm down. No, the club will not publicly share the inside story of their attempted or desired transfer dealings.
Of course they won`t.

Worst case, we go into a cup game we would have lost anyway giving an emerging squad of mostly youngsters an experience.

My goodness ! Nobody`s asking for inside information .
A few crumbs of encouraging news would suffice .
As for the Hearts cup tie .
Giving a load of youngsters a potential hiding on live tv would do them the world of good eh

I can assure you he was. He’s 31 though and at age I guess ambition has to make way for money. That’s ok. I’d do the same. No adult with children and a brain will grudge him that. It’s a job after all.

How can I help it if I think you`re funny when you`re mad?
Trying hard not to smile though I feel bad
I`m the kind of guy who laughs at a funeral
Can`t understand what I mean?
Well, you soon will
I have a tendency to wear my mind on my sleeve
I have a history of taking off my shirt

General zod, I’d think money was the only reason DE would have came to us. As things stand, the rovers are a better promotion bet than we are. They narrowly missed out on the playoffs, we were almost relegated to the seaside league. Could that change if we sign a host of stars? Sure, but we haven’t yet.
