He seems highly rated and United fans seem to think he was the only option to become new captain.

Unfortunately he’s now been ruled out of the first 3 months of the season with a hamstring injury.

He’s a great example of forgiving a player one bad club.

My thoughts were around a poor and negative environment at the time and maybe struggled within that.

Glad to see the boy doing well now!

He was with us at a time we were an utter shambles and managed by the worst manager I’ve ever seen at the club, Peter Grant. It is no wonder it didn’t work out for him here.

Had he came in under a competent manager he might have faired better.

He was young and fairly raw and playing in a struggling team. Not many players would thrive in that situation.

He was about 18 years old and Peter grant was insisting the keeper gave him the ball inside his own 6 yard box 4-0 down to rangers.

He’s done very well since leaving us and if he kicks on this year he’s a certainty for a Scotland call up.

Graham put in one of the worst performances I`ve seen from a centre half away at Ayr.

Was obviously a young lad and has come on leaps and bounds since. Fair play to him.

Aye I don’t really understand the persistence of some. Similar to mentioning the late Sols performance vs Hamilton. Folks can’t move on! Wouldn’t be surprised to see him in a Scotland squad at some stage.

Big Sol`s performance against Hamilton was mostly because he was one of the only players trying that day.

He also should have been hooked at ht after a nightmare first half but was left on - disaster all round really!

Just read that Dundee United did not have any Scots in their starting line-up for their European tie last night.
