There was no point to your reply to my post then.

My post was directed at everyone on this thread.

Deary me.

Apologies Knebworth Par. My frustration at this ref has spilled over.

There is no chat facility on the page you watch the game on. It is to be found on the Pars TV home page, which is rather inconvenient. That’s why people use dot net to communicate with the broadcast team.

Picture quality has noticeably improved with the new platform, makes following the action much easier on a big screen. New graphics were good too. Good work all.

But it’s me who texts Brian the issues from ParsTV users. Which I’m happy to do of course but he can’t look at the forum whilst trying to do stuff on ParsTV.

I need a gold medal for my multitasking 😂

Worked very well for me ( as above) not a single freeze, as usual. I logged on late as am in Thessaloniki, but also the graphics, replays etc were really good, was really good to hear from Bene , he did really well too.

Thanks again.

Yes, the broadcast was much improved in the second half. Thanks, Buffy, for passing on our messages.

We used to have a relatively basic in-game chat facility on Pars TV a few years ago, and it was most enjoyable for live banter and beneficial when problems arose. Technology seems to have bypassed that now—a bit of a shame.

Thanks for feedback.
I`m not at stadium so unsure of technical issues.

Oz appreciate the feedback too.
I`ll see what I can do about putting the support chat on the live stream page.
I didn`t want it to interfere with the stream info so will need to investigate

The original chat function is still present, also on home page

But the reason the new support chat is used as it`s private info passed by users so has to be private and one to one.

It beggars belief that the club has made £200,000 out of ParsTV, from the fans, but they haven’t invested in better quality equipment.

Thanks for update Surely that money is going into supporting the club .But I have always been a supporter of Parstv ,and believe they need support from our owners who are based in the states ,surely they as we all do watching from overseas live want to see the game with no issues

Just a quick update re: the connectivity blips during the St Johnstone game. We had problems on both WiFi and Ethernet in the gantry pre match, and then slight blips at half time and full time. This is the first time we have had issues on fixed line in a long time. The club have investigated with their IT supplier and identified issues which they are in the process of remedying. We don`t expect further issues with connectivity at home games.
