Our walk and talk tomorrow with Dunfermline Athletic FC The Pars Foundation takes us to Calais Woods Duloch. Meeting at 10am - leisure centre car park KY11 8LW. When we walk in nature, and take in wildlife it brings calm, joy and wonder to our daily lives #PositiveSteps #MentalWellbeing

Meeting tomorrow (Friday) at 10 am Ballast Bank Community Centre, Preston Crescent KY11 1DS.

Our venue for The Pars Foundation Dunfermline Athletic FC walk and talk - "The Taft" Crossgates. Tomorrow (Friday) Meet 10 am the car park behind the Royal British Legion Club, Main Street, Crossgates, KY4 8AW. We aim to break down the barriers of loneliness and isolation.

Our route tomorrow (Friday) for the The Pars Foundation & Dunfermline Athletic FC walk and talk is walking from The East Car Park, Bon Accord Park, Culross, KY12 8HQ. This is the left turn before Culross village when passing from Low Valleyfield. Meeting 10am
Open to all.

Join us tomorrow (Friday), meeting 10.00 am. Outside East End Park for the Dunfermline Athletic FC The Pars Foundation Walk and Talk event as we go walking around the surrounding area. Afterwards, join us for tea or coffee. Open to all, you don`t need to support the Pars to take part.
