Yet another 6 point deduction announced. Non payment of wages again.

Think it’s reached the point where an administrator needs to be called in and if the club can’t be saved then let it burn they can always come back as the Hamilton accies

Absolutely, at what point does enough become enough?

It`s confusing, because I thought that Funding Globe (the "payday loan company") had been brought in to pay December payroll, but it`s looking like they paid November`s wages. (For which they want an arm and two legs in interest).

The Haverfordwest guys (MSM) didn`t come in until January by which time the December wages were missed, but this time they fessed up.

So I think this is still the sins of the old regime.

There appears to be no evidence that MSM have access to lots of money (as opposed to evidence that they don`t, which would be worse) but they have been making the right moves in cutting the wage bill. It`s still probably unsustainable. Oli Shaw`s contract remains a problem.

Where they play is a longer term problem.

Enthusiasm of the owners will only take you so far. They would be foolish to rely on any huge enthusiasm from the Hamilton public - I think this is where prospective owners are often naïve.

Well they are still on the hook for Shaws wages for 18 months, a figure no other club will touch with a bargepole.

They`ve made the right moves so far, trying to get everyone on daft wages off the payroll, but are lumbered with a few still for quite some time, all on the lowest crowds in the third tier.........

They are still on the hook to HMRC.

With the best intentions, and this new group seems to have them, I can`t see how this can work out.

The only “winners” in this mess are the other clubs down near the foot of the table.
