From the pre season training where he analysed and worked them hard, it`s clear if the players work hard and well they get a chance, if they are slacking or in for an easy ride,he doesn`t think twice about sending them out on loan or dropping them His judgement on players is excellent. They used to do the tifos and generally keep the Section NW guys involved with the football club as best they could.
