22. Author: Higgys Mohawk Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 09:21 Let’s hope the boys are fired up for this one! One positive way of looking at it is that Falkirk still have some players who were in that League One team we beat to the title (and we have the best player from that team now). Reply
23. Author: SeasonedPar Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 09:30 Kelty, Hibs, Aberdeen. What’s to fear with Falkirk? 😊 Reply
24. Author: Higgys Mohawk Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 09:55 And IF we get to the final, it’s the worst Celtic team in years….so we have a chance. Falkirk game will be much tougher than the Hibs/Aberdeen games though, they are a good side and they’ll be up for it. Reply
25. Author: KirklistonPar Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 10:09 Do season ticket holders get first dibs on tickets again? Or is it a free for all as it’s at Hampden. Reply
26. Author: firescot Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 10:21 Not sure whether season ticket holders will get first dibs or not. Won’t really matter as they’ll be plenty to go around. I’m guessing a crowd of around 20k, roughly 10k each. Dunfermline 6 Albion Rovers 0. On my birthday as well, thanks very much. Reply
27. Author: Dave_1885 Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 10:22 KirklistonPar, Mon 9 Mar 10:09 Shouldnt really need priority really if they open the sections up correctly. It’s a 50,000 seater stadium with two teams that may take 9-10,000 each at a push. Hopefully they segregate it better than 09 though, which was an absolute farce at FT with the horse charging fans etc. Reply

31. Author: Angus_W Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 11:32 Barney is very good but hes not Olly Thomas. Olly is big, fast & strong and he`s starting to find the goals. .......& we also have Calum Morrison - Hes going to score. All the pressure is going to be on Falkirk. You’ve seen the Pars now please go home! Reply
32. Author: GJS93 Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 12:04 no real need for a priority sale etc, the biggest problem will be the pricing which will be a good bit more than normal Reply
33. Author: Turps Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 12:22 Last years ticket prices were North/South stand - £40/£20 West/East- £30/£15 Reply
34. Author: SusieQ Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 13:07 Dave_1885, Mon 9 Mar 10:22 Or the bizarre decision to keep us in the ground when we were losing & wanting to leave early. We put it down to them not realising the rivalry but Faddy mentioned it yesterday so no excuses!!! COME ON YE PARS! Reply
35. Author: Par Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 13:54 No doubt the last time we played them at Hampden mistakes were made. Announcing that Pars fans were to be kept in after a defeat which led to Pars fans charging the gates and fighting with stewards. Bad policing outside which led to confrontation with them and police horses charging into the Pars fans to retore order. Chick Young witnessed the fighting outside the ground before the game, he was shocked and stated it was as bad as he had seen, he was obviously unaware of the rivalry. I think the rivalry is better known now and it should be treated the same as an old firm game at Hampden as far as security is concerned. Reply
36. Author: neils Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 14:22 It`s the weirdest rivalry, but it`s up there alright, as long as I can remember, and I can remember us playing each other in the bottom league. Surely the polis will be better prepared this time. Reply
37. Author: AlterPar Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 14:29 I remember being at the last one with my mate when I was 16. We were walking not causing any bother and an older gentleman standing with a severely disabled child in a wheelchair said to me “what are you looking at yah fife c**t”. Good memories. Reply
38. Author: DJAS Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 14:41 Weirdly can’t remember much about last game, not a bad thing tbh. Must’ve had a bit too much drink that day. Predictor league winner 2012/2013 Reply
39. Author: General Zod Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 14:41 Does any Pars fans actually call it the kincardine bridge derby? I hate how the media call it that. The rivalry has never actually had a name. Cringey sounding. Reply
40. Author: neils Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 15:02 I`ve never heard anyone apart from the media calling it that also. There can`t be many teams that have 2 derbies, 3 if you count Cowden ( that`s one sided though, we don`t care) I miss Cowden. Strangely, even though I really want to beat the Rovers, I don`t mind them, I want to see Fife teams doing well. Reply
