| 2. Author: evo! Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 19:15 I agree, but would say Hibs and Aberdeen do strike me as sides who have plenty of games where they simply don`t seem to turn up. I don`t think that will be true of this current Falkirk side. They aren`t necessarily better players, but I don`t for one second think they will be as poor as either Hibsand especially Aberdeen in the game. We played brilliantly v Aberdeen, but could have won playing averagely. Falkirk we will need to repeat Aberdeen performance to get through and it will still be tougher. But bring it on. BEAST! Author: Polt Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 20:04 I probably would have been a lot happier if we were allowed to have cup tied Barney earlier in the competition when he was with us, however we do have to deal with his current form. That does make me nervous tbh he was good for us. He’s only been there for 3 months and scored 5 (+7 for us) against Nisbits 6 all season. Aberdeen face Falkirk this weekend so will be good to see that result. It’s a fierce rivalry game and we do tend to be more up for these games, I would love to see another convincing win but I have a feeling it will be tighter than a camels backside in a sandstorm. We can do it if we played like we did on Saturday everyone played as a unit, with situational awareness and free flowing energy  Reply |
