Was having a look and couldn’t find an exact answer. With how far we’ve got up until now, how much do we think this could mean financially to the pars? Including prize money, tv money and also crowd/sponsorship extras. I’d imagine it’s a fair whack that can hopefully be invested well for next season

Tricky one to pin down exactly. There`s no prize money per round as such, instead you get an exit fee depending on when you get knocked out. It`s something like £180k if we lose the semi, plus there`s something like a £60k TV fee.

We`ll get a quarter of net gate receipts after costs/SFA cut as well shared among all the semi-finalists. I`d say that`ll be around the £200k mark too.

All in all a good nights` work on Saturday. Will help offset the investment costs needed to go up.

I think a reasonable estimate (which includes shares semi final gate/TV) money will be around £700-800k

looks to be around £500,000

We get £182,000 as losing semi as a minimum plus TV revenue we had in 2 previous rounds, 2 "sell out" home games plus kelty. Semi crowds ticket money is accumulated and divided 4 ways across participants so celtic getting 30,000+ tickets vs st mirren helps aa few extra £.

Hopefully some of the cash can persuade Mullen to sign a new contract with increased wage.

£250k just for reaching the semi and semi TV money. That`s from the Courier. Add in the shared semi final gate, our two sell outs, a decent gate against Kelty and TV money for 2 rounds, it will be a tidy sum.

Good to know. Looks to be a few quid then, if it’s minimum £500k that will go a long way. Would it be fair to say that’s probably about 50% of the entire seasons playing budget?
