Topic: Can anyone access DAFC.co.uk?

I have the Hampden App and it`s registered to the same email address as my DAFC one.

Any ideas as to how long it takes tickets to show up on Hampden app or even receive confirmation from it to say your tickets will appear?

Finally got them online. Only took two hours and tried every trick posted on here.
Didn’t seem to be that queue system in place now but maybe because it was meant to be my turn and never noticed. Not sure.

Go in via the home ticket section of the website rather than via the link. Falkirk game appears and you can access that way. Laptop or desk top better than phone or tablet using that method.

Surprised loads of people have been having problems. I literally logged on at 9, selected 6 seats and was logging off again 4 minutes later.

Sounds like I have finally got my payback from the Iceland debacle 😂

Thanks!
Straight in first time, just waiting for confirmation now.
Edit.. sorted!
Showing up in Pars ticket app.
Assuming it comes live in Hampden app later?
Good luck everyone!

I blame Andy Rhodes for this!

About an hour 20 for me.

I hope they get it working a bit better in time for the final.

Managed to get tickets, took a while. Plenty sold already, maybe half the initial allocation.

When we get to the final, I’ll be in the queue early next time - the queue outside the club shop!

This is an extract from the `Ticketing Information` on COWS-

Tickets for this match are digital only
No physical tickets will be issued
Digital tickets will NOT be issued by DAFC
All tickets will be delivered via the Barclays Hampden app

In light of this, how have some fans been able to obtain tickets from the club shop?

Reading all the `war stories` on here I`m wondering if all this technology really benefits fans.

You will get a notification from the app when they drop, the QR code wont go live until day of the game. You can transfer tickets when they drop, you don’t need to wait on QR code.

You have to use the QR code in the Hampden App and not the future ticketing one as it’s an ever changing QR code to stop scammers/touts selling multiples of same ticket.

QR codes being sent as attachements on confirmations will cause confusion on the day/when the actual tickets land.

Just bought my ticket at the club shop. Have the email from the club and ticket will be uploaded to my Hampden app nearer the time.

The e mail confirming purchase has QR codes on it for each ticket. I wonder if this will be able to be used, could lead to confusion if not.

Surprisingly the club shop have computers in them that they can use to buy your ticket for you they can do it the same way anyone goes into the website to buy their own ticket or do people think it’s just a if you can’t use a computer your not getting to watch your team

no, but they`ve mandated you need a smartphone or you won`t get into Hampden!

I`ll adjust the above, you need a smartphone that runs iOS or Android or you won`t get into Hampden - I`ll have to fish one out of the drawer for that (other mobile operating systems are available)

I think that is what is generally known as digital exclusion

You can buy them at the club shop where you provide an email address so they can send it to you and take your payment, very helpful for those who need to .

Me, I bought them the same way I board my holiday flights, let all the people who need their seats as soon as a gate opens go and stand in a queue, while I sit down and enjoy the comfortable way of boarding when the queue dissipates.........🤪

Got mine fairly quickly after a couple of attempts. Seems Falkirk are having the same difficulty and they are season ticket holders only just now. Sales in the North/West stands are going well though with one of the singing sections sold out.
