Falkirk have scored just over 1.5 goals per game in the league, but they`ve also conceded slightly more than that.

We showed again Hibs especially, but also against Aberdeen that we have the ability to keep things tight.

I`d be more than happy it if was 0-0 after 60 mins.

We`ve defeated the only team mentioned in the Bible.

Hearts....cough.

(arguably) the most successful team from our nations capital.

And the last Scottish team to lift a European trophy.

And some are worrying about Falkirk and that big carthorse of a striker they have?

Eh? Heart Of Midlothian aren`t the only team mentioned in the bible.....and, we didn`t play them this season. We did play Hibs, and we also played Queen Of The South...who are mentioned in the bible

The result shows that if we defend well we’ll get chances. Their centre backs are Coll Donaldson and Liam Henderson!

Exactly what I was thinking. Just a shame we`ve been struck down with so many injuries at the most important time of the season.

To say we`ve got nothing to fear is pretty naive

Naive...... Guess we will find out on Saturday if I`m naive or not then..
Think positive is the attitude the whole team and support need don`t you think.
I got laughed at by a few when I said we would beat Hibs. Laughed at again when I said we would beat Aberdeen also .
Like I said find out on Saturday......

Cmon ye pars

I never mentioned Heart of Midlothian, not once.

When you actually figure it out and start arguing that Hibs are not more successful than the Hearts that are not Kelty grok assures me if we include youth, lower league titles and women`s trophy wins, Hibs are more successful.

I actually think whoever is playing RB for us will be vital as I think Miller is actually their most important player. Stewart barely touched a ball today so he isn’t unplayable. Falkirk looked like they could pass the ball about though but of a big grass pitch like hampdens it may be a different story. It’s a derby, it’s a cup game and most of that Falkirk team were in the leagues below them when they were there. We absolutely can beat them now that I’ve taken my medication today.

A win for us against Airdrie on Tuesday will set us up perfectly for next Saturday.

True Buffy. Nothing sets you up for a top 6 Prem team in a cup semi final like beating a team scrapping relegation in the league below!

"Can you read my mind? Do you know what it is that you do to me? I don’t know who you are. Just a friend from another star. Here I am like a kid out of school. Holding hands with a god. I’m a fool. Will you look at me? Quivering. Like a little girl shivering. You can see right through me. Can you read my mind? Can you picture the things I’m thinking of? Wondering why you are all the wonderful things you are. You can fly! You belong in the sky. You and I could belong to each other. If you need a friend, I’m the one to fly to. If you need to be loved, here I am. Read my mind.”

It’s a one off cup tie,any previous form goes out the window. If we can approach the game, without an inferiority attitude,we will see it through.Lenny, will have them well up for it ,mind games and all that!😀

I felt like Barney didn`t work as hard today as he did for us. I`m sure that`s coaching. He`s being told to be more focused on being in and around the box.

I`m not sure that`s using him to best effect.

The good thing is that all of our defence will know how to play him.

Falkirk tend to play their best football in the first half , whereas we seem to be stronger in the second 45 , if its 0-0 at half time i know who i would fancy . COYP

Thinking the big pitch at Hampden might suit them. Hampden is wider than EEP and Falkirks pitch is wider than hampdens. They play with wingers so Fraser and Kearney will have their work cut out for sure..

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Hopefully it’s Matty Todd at RWB. Kearney was poor defensively yesterday, Miller would be too good for him I think.

I would argue bigger pitch suits us too. We have a lot of pace in our team front and back.

I bet they had a big send off planned for the semi but turned out to be a damp squib due to the hammering they got.

Ffa that`s seriously embarrassing. Even if you`ve spent hours making that, and spent all of your pocket money, you`d keep it wrapped up in a bag under your seat if you`ve just been turned over 6-3
