I cannot believe the attitude of a fan and the way they were speaking to the girls working in the shop all because his order wasn’t ready. Claimed he ordered it a week ago, Carrie proceeded to look at his order confirmation, was ordered 2 days ago. You my friend, looked like a tool. Some folk need their heads shaken, the clubs in a great place atm and thriving, be patient, they are doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. Reply |

"I did this a week ago" "Okay, let`s check where that request is...yes, so I can see you submitted it 3 days ago. Is it that right?" Or the classic "I`ve been on hold for 40 minutes" not realising it shows on my screen they waited 8 minutes and the average hold time is 12 minutes. Reply |

They’re doing a great job keeping things moving at what must be an incredibly busy time between the shop and dealing with thousands of cup final ticket requests. Reply |

Front line staff know there are people like that, and they are professional enough to realise maybe the guy was just having a bad day. A wee knowing, reassuring nod or wink can be enough. On the other hand, you might accidentally get fixed ;)) Reply |
