At my age a ‘real’ Pars kit has the thin black stripe, but I have to say the new kit looks great.

I like the thicker stripes of the 80s - really like this one - it`s different without being ridiculous or a major departure

That`s a nice top, but I wish you could buy a sponsor-free version (I`d even pay more for it). The sponsor tends to ruin football tops for me, and this one is a particularly terrible one imo.

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”

It`s cracking, really well designed top. Love the link to the towns history, same with the peacock GK tops last season.

It`s a cracker, I`m too old to be wearing football tops though! I started watching the Pars early 70s so it was thicker black and white for from memory, the first pinstripe or candy was the Braisby top.

Makes sense to switch them around from time to time, our strips have changed over the years, it`s not set in stone like Airdrie, Hibs or Morton etc

A thing of true beauty that one. Excellent work.

Not usually a fan of the thicker stripes but that is a nice top & lovely nod to Dunfermline`s heritage 😎👏🏼

COME ON YE PARS!

Strip should do ok, nothing too controversial about it, if it was your intention to buy one before launch it shouldn`t put you off.

Having lived in Dunfermline all my days, I`m aware of all the old mill areas. The Linen quarter on pilmuir Street and the Erskine Beveridge works probably the most well known, however I can`t say I was familiar with damask production, every day`s a school day.

Damask was made in the Pilmuir Works (Linen Quarter) and St Margaret`s works (shameful disgrace to Dunfermline`s heritage that`s being left to rot).

I’d never heard of damask fabric before to be honest. But it makes for a cracking football shirt print, so I’m all for it.
