It was already too much having that bloated f£*(/¥t Trump hogging the stage while he hands over the trophy (see the CWC final to see what I mean), this is just pure overkill. With the hydration breaks and and this halftime fiasco full of insidious music it makes a potential 120 match (if extra time is added) almost 200 minutes long. The World Cup final is already an event, it doesn`t need all the strings and bows. I wont just be turning the volume down, I`ll be turning the tv off. Zero interest in the US national anthem either, America aren`t in the final ffs, and I for one don`t see them as the greatest country on earth. Britain might be a joke but at least we offer medical help to everyone, poor or rich. Pars fan. Magpies fan. Mens tennis fan. Alternative rock fan. Not a fan of much else. Reply |
