If you look at other Urban Zoo sites, they don`t suffer this issue. https://www.celticfc.com/ https://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/ In a normal web browser, I have found simply using Ctrl+ helps with some of the smaller text stuff. Getting the font and text-size right in various places may happen as the club learns how to make use of the platform. I don`t know if someone at the club has direct access to the underlying configuration files or whether they need to communicate requirements to the supplier. Note the hamburger icon top right (three horizontal lines) which opens up for site navigation when clicked. It took me a while to realize this. Reply |

Font sizes are all over the place, it`s a website for a 2nd tier Scottish football team- the information needs to be accessed quickly, and clearly, but this is not. The majority of people including myself access via mobile, so it needs to be crisp and clear. I`m not going to much about with settings, all I want is highlights and game info on upcoming games as well as a few historic things Interviews with manager, players etc tend to be fairly banal for good reasons - players rarely say much of interest. It`s been a disappointment, it really looks like it`s been done by a small kid Reply |

| 4. Author: Sacktheref69 Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 16:32 The club have shared numerous "tiny links" that end up taking you to "404" errors. Very poor so far with this new company. This is Andy Tod`s world and we are lucky to live in it. Post Edited (Tue 18 Aug 16:33) Reply |
| 5. Author: LochgellyAlbert Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 16:41 You cannot purchase a stream monthly/season unless you are out of the UK using a foreign IP address. I am going on holiday abroad and wanted to watch games, I have to purchase a monthly pass when there or use a VPN to buy whilst at home. Reply |

| 9. Author: davepars Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 18:41 In addition to the above issues, and somewhat related, has anyone found out how to unsubscribe from the monthly renewal of DAFC live? I`ve been told to contact the club shop, which I did but received no reply. Seems crazy there is no way to unsubscribe? I`m not on holiday every month of the year.... Reply |
| 10. Author: Skid Chicane Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 19:17 In the Fixtures section, you can buy tickets for Livi away, but not Raith at home. But if you navigate further down to tickets then click on home tickets, you can buy tickets for the raith game. In the Team section and s lot of the thumbnails, half the players have their head, or the top of their heads cut off. Shop items (without filtering) display 16 items and a constant spinning wheel (multiple devices on a gigabyte connection No filter in Edge for so items (or at least I can`t find it). This and the above point means you can only see a handful of items in the club shop via Edge. I could go on... Reply |
| 11. Author: ipswichpar Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 19:23 It looks like they might have stretched the way the top banner is built, but is similarly configured in some ways to the Hibs one. Unfortunately as we have more stuff to put in less space it looks weird. Hopefully they can get it sorted as it currently looks a mess. Reply |
| 12. Author: onandupthepars Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 23:06 Ironically it was designed by a company called `Simplicity`. If you want to read how to present a diabolical dog`s dinner as a glowing success: https://meetsimplicity.com/case-studies/dafc-official-website-case-study/ Gimme random keyboard monkey any day. | 13. Author: brian Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 23:39 I think you are misunderstanding, that Simplicity report is 3 years old. it was referring to the previous website that had been running for 12 years without any issue. Previously the fixture information and stories were integrated with COWS, ParsTV and DAHT. The club shop never had any reported problems either. ____________________ contact: email me Reply |
