Off to watch a local Fife derby today in Lochgelly - 3rd placed Albert up against 4th placed Crossgates Primrose in EOSFL Div 2.

Our close friend is the current Lochgelly manager, and will be the first time watching them and how he likes to play.

Hopefully the wind dies down for an enjoyable game!

Good to hear, up on windy hill!

Out in a sunny and hot Tenerife just now, enjoy!

1-0 Primrose at HT with them missing a pen too, but playing with the wind 1st half so could change 2nd half.

A very comfortable 4 nil away win for Linlithgow Rose in the end with Broxburn never challenging the opposition keeper once. Linlithgow passed the ball round with confidence. Was an enjoyable afternoon out and a cracking brisket and macaroni pie.

Game finished 1-0 to Crossgates. 2nd half lacked real quality and had some hefty challenges late on. The weather played a big factor as well though throughout.

My next ground to visits on a non Pars day will be Hill of Beath Hawthorns my gran used to live next to the ground and I’ve watched a few games from her living room window and sometimes went to a game with my Dad. Now I can visit with my son which is great. Lots of good memories from that part of Fife climbing hill of beath hill and walking to the swimming pool in Cowdenbeath followed by stopping in at grans friends on the walk back and getting sweets.also used to visited and old guy in hill if beath that had an aviary.
