Could see the usual queue and it was massive. Straight through customs in 15 mins at Miami (where we once queued for 5 hours to get out). ….bags took ages though 🙄 Reply |

45. Author: fcda Date: Thu 31st Oct 2024. 13:19 Had a poor experience with flying Aer Lingus to Toronto via Dublin. The Edinburgh to Dublin flight was delayed, making it really tight for the connection. Crew took details but I got no help to make the connection once landed - had to run from one terminal to the other. Gate had just closed when I got there. Then had to find my way back to a service desk to get help. They put me on an Air France flight instead and I was about 6 hours late overall. I was able to claim for EU flight compensation at least.
