Topic: B and Q parking fine

Author: Andrew C Date: Wed 23rd Oct 2024. 11:17 I know this has been posted on here before and the advice was generally just to ignore the warning letters but it’s now escalated to a debt collector company who have upped the charge to £170. Has anyone been in a similar situation and did you continue to ignore or pay it? Reply

Youll see the same responses here all the time about ignore it etc. 1. They are enforceable 2. They are unlikley to come after you for 1 tiicket, if there are multiple or costs in the thousands etc its then worth their while taking you to court. 3. ultimatley its your choice whether you pay or not.
