Gutted to be leaving Cherrybank, we really do have great neighbours, quiet cul-de-sac just off Halbeath Road at the bottom of Garvock. Would love it if a fellow pars fan could make use of it and the short walk to Legends or Charlie Ds. Easy walk into town, on the major bus routes and close walk to Dunfermline QM station (past the Lizzy). https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/153997748 Reply |

4. Author: LochgellyAlbert Date: Tue 12th Nov 2024. 11:18 Was admiring it when first advertised, looking to downsize from a 4 bedroom, still searching! Reply |
5. Author: jake89 Date: Tue 12th Nov 2024. 13:36 We once considered viewing the house right next door to it. It has a slightly odd layout with a sort of enclosed balcony if my memory serves correctly. Really nice area. Impressed to see a Draymin picture there too. Blast from the past! Reply |

Persimmon (the worst builder known to man) are about to start at Broomhall. The application to build the roads is in. Reply |

They didn’t last 18months in the house. Cut their losses - issues with windows and doors, waiting on snagging being fixed, really poor level of finishing, back garden was a state. They didn’t even back fill over their guff right. Fence ran from high to low-honestly shocking. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. COYP Reply |

10. Author: Wedge Date: Wed 13th Nov 2024. 22:44 Thanks everyone, still time to view especially this week as I’m wfh all week. I remember when I moved back and new homes are lovely but sometimes the room sizes are smaller. You are right Jake89 it’s an upside down layout like this, its balcony is enclosed which makes an almost raised conservatory, the guy who has it wants to open it up but keep the roof. Reply |
