Only one of the U.S. Presidents I got to meet. Sitting on a Continental Airlines flight held up from take off in Atlanta. Wondering if I would make my New York connection to Scotland. Bunch of guys come on board the flight wearing white ear pieces and then on he walks. Shakes hands with everyone on the plane. Apart from the lady sitting next to me who turns her back and said he was a terrible President. Showed more about her than him. Had the chance to visit the Carter Presidential library a few years ago, fascinating place Knew I would get to say my story one more time. Rest in Peace Mr President.

Hearing the comments this morning on radio PeachtreePar, you were lucky to meet a very special human who was focussed on improving the lives of others where he could.

Wished he could have had 1 more term instead of the incoming maniac.

The maniac who worked with Gorbachov to see a peaceful end of the Cold War and set the American economy up for its growth through the 80’s and 90’s? The one that Americans look back fondly on as “the great communicator”? That maniac?
