Dackers comes from a large, dysfunctional family. A family that doesn`t give a stuff about the law and has no moral compass whatsoever. Dackers himself may not have any previous convictions, but he`s been a troublemaker since he was a small child.

His attack on that poor doctor may/ may not have been racially motivated. He would have been looking for a fight, and the GP was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The victim could just as easily have been white or from any other ethnic background.

That`s not in any way to excuse his vile behaviour. I`m just pointing out that he`s a really bad egg and is a danger to the whole community, not just those from non-Scottish backgrounds. I feel sorry for the GP and also for the people in the village as the practice will inevitably struggle to fill the vacancy and who can blame any doctor who doesn`t fancy it?

Being told to "go back to your country" makes it sound racially motivated to me, potentially.....

Interesting these families. Get them all over unfortunately, and it seems hard to get them to change their behaviour across the generations. I suspect if they didn`t fill that specific gap, that another group would fill the hole.

True. I just meant that the person coming out of the shop could have been of any skin tone. Dackers would have just as likely to target him/her. Probably showing off in front of his younger accomplice.

Kids learn much of their behaviour and moral values from their parents. Dackers` parents are extremely poor role models - not that should be used as an excuse for feral behaviour.

Unfortunately, pond scum like that breed yet more pond scum and it continues down the line generation after generation. I`d hate to be a teacher nowadays with all the entitled thickies who won`t take responsibility for themselves or their kids`behaviour. Idiocracy is becoming a reality.

Who remembers the controversial Tory MP Rhodes Boyson ?

He prompted a helluva reaction after declaring that there were some couples unfit to be parents because they couldn`t raise children in a responsible manner.

I think he might have been Under Secretary of State for Education and Science at the time?

I have worked,in a school where parents denied all responsibility for their kids.Their attitude was, they are your responsibility, from 9 am ,and don`t give a toss how badly they behaved.

There is a school in the central belt, which must remain anonymous (to protect the guilty) where the head maintained that there was little or no disruptive behaviour.

Conveniently omitting to mention that he had engineered the transfer of the "non conformist" element to other schools.

Some lad allegedly slashed in Cowdenbeath. Locals know who did it (group of lads) but apparently it couldn`t possibly be the named group as they were all too busy helping little old ladies cross the road and painting the local scout hall.

I guess this is what we get for raising a generation of mollycoddled kids who get what they want without having to ever work for it, and never have to face responsibility or punishment for their actions.

I`ve got a mate that works for the council, apparently there are flats up at Headwell where every few weeks the plumbers are out to replace bathroom sinks and toilets because they have been smashed. It`s a horrendous clean up situation but they are kicking up a stink demanding replacements. At what stage does it get t the point where the council just say "no, get out of our property if you can`t look after it"

Maybe if the punishment, wasn`t jail time, but stopping all benefits, getting kicked out of their council house, maybe people would then think twice

Been around for a while that group, pretty sure a couple of them ran past me in Morrisons one day before panning in the windows - safe to say they were lucky I didn’t have my daughter with me as he would of wiped her out - and been swiftly dealt with if he had.

Drug dealer across road from us punted from his council flat by looks of it - police were there a month or so ago and not been seen since and plenty council vans been in and out recently.
