Spain last week achieved a magnificent goal...100% of it`s energy achieved through renewable sources on a weekday.

They`ve certainly shown us Brits stuck in the dark ages how to do it eh?

Great to see a nation forging ahead and saving us from the 0.044% of the atmosphere made up of Carbon Dioxide.

I hear Portugal and parts of France are also doing well.....it is our future!

“Renewable technologies generated the equivalent of 113% of Scotland’s overall electricity consumption in 2022”

If you are going to make a scientifically illiterate post about climate change, at least get the figure for the amount of Carbon Dioxide present correct.
It`s 0.0414%.
It seems irrelevant but pre industrial revolution levels were 0.0288%, that`s a 43.75% increase. Meaning the amount of energy retained because of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere increases by the same amount.
That is a significant increase.

And for some of yesterday they managed to shift the denominator to zero. Impressive stuff.
