1. Author: veteraneastender Date: Fri 13th Jun 2025. 15:11 Has anybody started watching the excellent "Dept.Q" on Netflix ? The actress who plays the carer for the lad with special needs was raised in Kincardine and went to Dunfermline High. She would have been at DHS late 1970s to early 1980s - maybe some folks mind of her ? Reply |
2. Author: wee eck Date: Fri 13th Jun 2025. 15:23 I thought she still had a home in the Dunfermline area? Some scenes for Dept Q were filmed last year near where I live in Edinburgh. A local coffee shop was transformed into a different establishment with a bit of paintwork and change of signage etc. Reply |

6. Author: red-star-par Date: Fri 13th Jun 2025. 16:53 She`s a fantastic actress, and, as listed above has been in some high quality films and TV series, well respected in the industry. I`ve heard her likened to the next Judy Dench, as they expect her talent to mature with age. Bloody nice person too, as are her two sisters, who also live in the toon Reply |
