That`s on the back on invading Romanian and Polish airspace with drones recently. If the invaded country is in its rights to shoot down the drones, does the same apply for the fighter jets or would that been seen as a complete over-reaction? Reply |

5. Author: NMCmassive Date: Sat 20th Sep 2025. 13:31 There’s a good bit of posturing going on from the Russians. I do wonder if we (NATO) do the same to them but we (general public) never hear about it? It would make sense if you’re able to monitor reaction times. There’s no doubt that NATO nations have been re-arming and investing in their military since the invasion of Ukraine but we have also been using Ukraine as a testing ground. We are finding out the real time capability of current stock and learning about the next generation of military equipment. Simple terms. The M1A1 Abrams main battle tank is now having a revamp. Think they’re calling it the M1E or something like that? We’re finding out that classic main battle tanks don’t work in the era of drones and weapons like the Javelin. Also the way main battle tanks are being used is changing a lot. Let’s not talk about the British Military at the moment. We are offering close to nothing. COYP Reply |

9. Author: The One Who Knocks Date: Sun 21st Sep 2025. 10:04 Understrength perhaps but wouldn`t say toothless. A few dozens F-35s the worlds most advanced fighter jet. Well over one hundred Typoons. Five nuclear powered attack subs with another two under construction. Over a dozen destroyers and frigates which are among the most advanced and coveted types available. We`re certainly punching under our weight but it`s still a punch that would be felt if it was ever thrown. And of course it`s all underpinned by Trident. And although my eyes were open They just might as well be closed Reply |

A carrier group usually runs 8-12 warships plus support vessels. We’ve got 1 carrier group - that doesn’t have enough planes to fulfill its needs 🤷🏻♂️ COYP Reply |
