| 3. Author: red-star-par Date: Mon 9th Mar 2026. 22:42 Tailor. If it`s Taylor recommendations you are after, I`d recommend Swift, for Songwriting, B.G. for Groundworks and Sutherland for Goals. Don`t go to that Tailor along East Port Street, they are rude and also very expensive. Didn`t do a very good job either. 20 quid to stitch up my crotch. The woman after me wanted buttons moved on a waistcoat, four quid to sew on one button! I echo the above Timsons might be a good shout. The guy along East Port put a hole in my belt, did it for free too (it was only when I got home I discovered why, it was well off centre!) Reply |

Author: DBP Date: Tue 10th Mar 2026. 07:54 Wouldn’t go to timpsons tbh If it’s an outdoor jacket there are specialists that fix things like goretex, otherwise there’s a good tailor in rose street as your walking from east to west end on left hand side - I’ve used them for clothing (jackets and trousers but not specialist material like goretex) Reply |
