There’s been a few losses in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer world recently and this is another one that hurts my heart. RIP Ripper ”Buffy’s Buns are the finest in Fife”, J. Spence 2019” Reply |

I wasn’t a big Buffy fan so didn’t know much about him other than these adverts he did but he was clearly a very adaptable actor. Sad to hear he’s gone. | 9. Author: OzPar Date: Sat 6th Jun 2026. 05:47 He must have earned a fortune in residuals from those Gold Blend adverts. They were endlessly repeated on TV back in the `80s and `90s. It was a very clever concept, like a mini soap opera. "Will they ever get together?" we wondered. Those were the days when we used to watch and take note of the adverts on TV, for we only had 4 channels to choose from, and almost everyone saw the same adverts. How times have changed. Reply |
