3. Author: auldpar Date: Wed 12th Aug 2026. 13:10 Just got an email from Talktalk - I`m one of the customers getting switched to Fleur. 3 calls to Talktalk in the last few days have been torture trying to get information from them. One brief and easy call to BT today and they will arrange everything and I`ll be paying half what I do just now for a Full Fibre/Phone package. Reply

5. Author: veteraneastender Date: Sun 16th Aug 2026. 22:46 I just got a £16.36 credit from TT - something to do with realignment of accounts as they transfer them to a new system. No effect on ongoing contract. Reply

7. Author: veteraneastender Date: Tue 18th Aug 2026. 09:58 I spoke with TT - it’s a readjustment of accounts due to a changeover to a new system - no impact on my current contract which has 12 months to run. Reply
