There are reports that American forces have hit Iranian naval facilities at Bandar-E-Jask, a coastal port to the east of the Strait of Hormuz. In the past two weeks, the US has been carrying out "self-defence strikes" on missile launch sites in Iran.

Israel Today said that the Iranian Tasnim News Agency claimed a surface-to-air missile was launched by the IRGC Aerospace Force towards a fighter jet operating near Qeshm Island, Iran, forcing it to withdraw.

I think, regardless of the midterm election results, it is going to all kick off again big time in the coming weeks.

I reckon it was only a matter of time before the US initiated offensive operations again- they went through a whean of munitions in the previous actions and need to replenish stocks.

They absolutely knocked it out the park in Venezuela, I think that’s encouraged them to take on Iran. They were too late into Iran, the uprising had been squashed and they didn’t have the backing in the country to do what they wanted and attacking Iran is a completely different prospect to attacking Venezuela. They killed that guy and he’s been replaced with another guy and now the strait of Hormuz is being fought over. It’s turned into a massive bum move. I hope not but I think for the USA to get back to where they were with the Strait they’re going to need to escalate their efforts
