They`ve looked into it once and if they couldn`t find anything illegal first time round then they shouldn`t be wasting their resources going over it all again. I`m not believing for a second that this expenses claim reaches the threshold of criminality, especially when it has already been investigated once and been dealt with by his employer (the Scottish parliament).
