| 4. Author: The One Who Knocks Date: Fri 25th Oct 2024. 22:49 Well £14 million is missing and does not show up in the projects final accounts. That`s being described as a "mystery". Even without that though spending £112 million on a building that when completed was only valued at £29 million is some going.
