Author: jake89 Date: Thu 15th May 2025. 23:26 I would hope protections are in place to ensure a person if cognisant of the decision they are making and it`s checked they are not being coerced in any way. Being honest, I quite like the idea that I could choose an end date if I was in a bad way, but appreciate there are concerns about people making poor decisions. Reply |

Author: DBP Date: Fri 16th May 2025. 06:42 Does it deal with things like Alzheimer’s etc Where a person is no longer be deemed capable of consenting because their mind has gone and may need to cared for in a secure unit - but clearly stated when they were of sound mind, they don’t want that to happen and get to that stage?
