If you hold a British passport, you can open a bank account here in Hong Kong without being resident. Consider then that there is no Capital Gains tax on investments and no restrictions on having stocks and shares accounts as a non-resident. Ministerial code only applies to these people. He has breached MP`s Code of Conduct 17 times though. Reply |
