Why would her being African mean she doesn`t care? She works bloody hard, as do all carers. Reply

25. Author: jake89 Date: Tue 13th Jan 2026. 12:51 Clearly different experiences then. My experience is of hard working individuals who are overworked due to lack of available carers and money. All for £12.60 an hour? Stacking shelves pays more for less hassle (still a labour intensive job). There was an opportunity after Brexit when many Europeans left for Brits to pick up these roles. They didn`t. Why? ETA: Following the budget today, carers should be in line for a wee pay rise. May help attract more to the roles. Post Edited (Tue 13 Jan 15:25) Reply
