I suspect the next buget will focus on raising taxes for non taxable income. He has nowhere else to go. Andy (Tax) Burden has already softened the blow with the triple lock as it results in a drop of pension income over time. I suspect some changes to Capital Gains, inheritance tax.

Its not going to be anything like enough so it will be interesting what comes out of the budget later this month

According to the Guardian -

`Kemi Badenoch’s flagship party conference policy document overestimated the cost of net zero by nearly £500bn, seemingly after someone accidentally double-counted figures on a spreadsheet. The apparent error appears in a chapter on net zero in The Right Way, a 100-page policy document produced for the Conservative conference in Birmingham. Badenoch repeatedly used the phrase in her main speech.`

Seems like you have a problem with people with less than perfect teeth.
How are yours? In the jam jar?

Tooth decay is the single most common cause of hospital admissions for childern aged 5-9 in England.

In Scotland the nursery school tooth brushing programme has paid for itself several times over.

Prevention is always better than cure.
