Brilliant memories!

Not to pick fault, but the Ross Jack interview isn't before the Rangers game as he talks about looking at the individual players in the ABERDEEN squad, so I think this must have been the build up to the game at East End when we were in the First Division where Snelders made that cracking save from him to keep it at 0 - 0. (Sorry!!)

Going back to the Falkirk game, do you think we'd get a penalty for that nowadays? Probably not!

Yeah, your correct McParvie, it was actually the 0.0 v Aberdeen tie at EEP.

Just watching the old clips though, the club seemed to have a real buzz about it around that time, real hope of progression under Leishman, l just wish l was this age back then.

Notice in the first clip Leishmans quotes are very similar to now about not fighting against the top teams such as the OF.

Smudgers shot vs Falkirk (if it had gone in) would have been one of the finest seen at EEP. I bet it gave the crossbar a sair heid.

Don't have the footage of that Hogmanay win over Falkirk for some reason, great to see it again. Remembered the hairdresser having an absolute howler for them that day. Nasty push on Watson into the post as well, same old Falkirk.

Can vividly remember that Falkirk game, some crowd.
Noticed the yellow plastic firemens hats in the crowd at the Airdrie game in the cage.
Happy days.

Good work EES.

Any chance of doing that entire Airdrie game as it was a classic!

p.s. Admin - any chance this can go on the Sticky forum?
