Author: bannerpar Date: Thu 3rd Oct 2024. 12:33 He was really effective in the 1-1 draw with Partick Thistle in April playing in a right wing position and being supported high up the pitch by Welch-Hayes who was pretty quick. I remember thinking I hope we stick with that formation but he ended up with a deeper role by the next game. He suffers from getting moved around the team quite a bit, not all Mcpake`s fault, injuries sometimes play a part but I would like to see him get an extended run on the right wing of a front three to see what he can do.
