85. Author: RossF Date: Sat 5th Oct 2024. 17:05 We really need a change. McPake is failing to take points in games we really need to win. Airdrie have been leaking goals and we fail to do anything in open play. Last week was brutal against an average Queen’s Park team. I can’t see us doing any damage to Morton next week with him in charge. The only thing I wouldn’t be surprised at is brutal football, hardly testing the opposition goalkeeper and struggling to deal with corners/crossed balls. It’s boring and predictable. Based on our season so far, relegation looks certain. Post Edited (Sat 05 Oct 17:11) Reply |

87. Author: wulliepar57 Date: Sat 5th Oct 2024. 17:06 Well we missed the chance to go above Raith today ! which is annoying It would have been on Goal difference but I am looking for any scrap of positivity these days as it`s grim times for us Reply |
88. Author: Bannockburn Par Date: Sat 5th Oct 2024. 17:06 That was brutal to watch. Is Mcpake going to move us forward as a club??? Time up for me. He should be sacked. Reply |

95. Author: weemike Date: Sat 5th Oct 2024. 17:19 5pts in 8 games is nowhere near good enough. At what point do the board accept he is never going to achieve 40pts? Reply |

98. Author: king lad Date: Sat 5th Oct 2024. 17:30 We play torrid football, concede from set pieces game after game and struggle to score goals from open play. As much as anything is there anything entertaining about watching a pars game now? I`d hope a priority moving forward for whoever comes into invest in the club is bringing back some brand of attacking football, right now it`s really a struggle to get excited about the product on the field. It is coming away with only a point after a series of poor results. Is it one win in 15? The squad is mostly fit and is just not performing well enough. 5 points in 8 games is relegation form. I think the blame lays squarely with the management team. I hope JMcP can turn it round but really don’t think he can! Reply |
