Not at all 87Par, our victory was essential and my observation regarding our assisting Falkirk merely a side issue.

Fair enough. My 10 pence worth. Falkirk ain`t winning ****. Oor help or not. Every team has a crappy spell. We`ve definitely had ours. Time to crack on.

10p worth!

Bloody inflation. It was tuppence worth when I was the size o` tuppence ha'penny wi the cheek o` half a croon

I was 16 at the time, and that was the season that genuinely made me not just enjoy going to the football, but absolutely love football.

I saw Hamish French standing outside EEP on Tuesday night. He still looked fit enough to play!

Falkirk are winning this league, I`ve no doubt about that. Just need to focus on ourselves and try to get into the promotion playoffs at least

It`s not even November yet. Far too early to say anyone is definitely doing anything.

My thoughts exactly da_no1. I’ve been watching football for long enough to know that your October predictions l tend to be wrong.

The pragmatist in me would have to side with Andrew283. Falkirk are making the running and have established a clear lead. If they steer clear of major injuries, they have the best chance of winning the league. Strange things happen in football as we know, but they are in pole position and I don`t see Ayr Utd or Livingston being able to topple them.

We have a lot of ground to make up and Andrew`s suggestion that we can get into the promotion playoffs, is our best case scenario. Even that seemed a forlorn hope week or two ago.

What a performance against previously undefeated opposition. Favourites to go straight back up, thanks to the parachute payment, allegedly.....

We`re on a roll........
McPake must stay......
Our German investors must stay.....

Partick will be crapping themselves.......

What was that GG, a couple of bottles of Chianti per chance? πŸ˜‚

Honestly, it reads like someone doing the walk of shame after a night on the buckfast-No Chianti

Oh come on NMC, a man has to have standards. Chianti, aye - Buckie naw. I tasted it once, on the day my mate, Ross Allan, and I retired, when he brought a bottle into the staffroom. It`s absolutely vile. I couldn`t believe he`d paid £6 for it. I`d rather drink my own p!$$. 😁

Let`s see if we can keep it up, remember the game after the Raith win, we were so utterly pish but there does appear to be a general improvement, so cmon lads keep up the aggressive attacking play.
