This is still on the club website:

Hoping to make his mark in Scottish football, Jeremiah Chilokoa-Mullen stepped onto the East End Park pitch on Wednesday night for his Dunfermline Athletic debut. Just 48 hours earlier, he had been finalising his loan move from Leeds United, and now here he was, facing Livingston in the SPFL Trust Trophy semi-final.6 Feb 2025

That said, there is another page which talks about a "contract".

I wonder if he will be selected for the upcoming Scotland u21s games at the end of the month if so we will likely miss him for the Livingston and Ayr games. Considering he scored v Kazakhstan and is playing week in week out I`d think he will get a call up.

Might be missing the new signing as well. His national team have upcoming games too.

Foggarty is usually called up as well so potentially missing 2 CBs isn`t ideal.

He might not this time as he’s hardly played? I’d play Hamilton there for his experience.

Can you not ask for a postponement if you have x players called up to national teams?

I had to Google to confirm... we had one against Morton postponed due to international call ups in November 2017.

There have been other championship matches rearranged for the same reason so assume clubs can request a postponement.

Mullen may get called up as the next under 21 squad is for the next cycle and players born in 2004 or after and he falls into that category.
I haven`t seen anything of Northern Ireland u21s having any fixtures until September though?
