Topic: Matty Todd will save our season.

You heard it hear first. He`ll have a bit of help from Tobi, Kane, Mullen and Wanyama in the last 2/3 games, but Matty Todd will be the main man. F**k the seaside league, we`re staying up. 👊

That`s the spirit!

And you`re not being over optimistic either, it`s perfectly possible this is the scenario.

It could just be that I`m mixing Buckie with Mad dog 😆

Kidding, I`m sober as a nun.

If we stay up we could really be flying next season, with Lenny in charge and Chris Kane, Connor Young and Keith Bray to choose from up front, and that`s excluding any summer signings!

This is why the end of this season feels a really pivotal moment for the club to me, possibly more so than the last time we went down.

If we stay up I think we’ll 100 percent be challenging top end of the table with some good players brought in.

If we go down however we are not gonna be attracting a good class of player and the squad will resemble something similar to the now.

I hope to god we stay up and it’s that route we take.

Matty Todd ain’t gonna save us, the only man who can keep us up is Kane.

If we go down, I am quite sure the owners will do what is required to get back to where they want to be. I am certain relegation is part of their risk assesment.
They wont need to buy worldbeaters to get out the 3rd tier. They will take on enough quality to do the job and hopefully state their cases for a place in the following years team.

If we do get relegated, players like Kane, Todd, KRH, Clay, Otoo, Ngwenya will be good enough for League One - with the addition of Bray and a few others I think we’d be alright.

If we stay up then more quality will be added.

Really can’t call it with the remaining fixtures. Feel like Airdrie are the form team. And QP currently on the worst form of the 4. Win on Saturday is imperative.

believe we will have enough to be safe (without the playoffs) but I wont be pinning my hopes on it being Todd thats the saviour. One of the worst players on the park a few times earlier in the season with the performances like Thistle away very much the exception

I just don’t want us going down and signing players on 2 years deals for example, and while they may be good enough for league one, if we got promoted we’d be in same position with players under contract who aren’t championship quality.

If we go down hopefully players are offered one year deals to sign. The only downside of that is players want longer contacts so would sign elsewhere.

Like I say ideally we stay up and don’t have to worry about that.

Totally agree regarding Saturdays result. It really is must win, if we fail to beat them we will be favourites to finish bottom.

Airdrie will fancy there chances against Raith as they always seem to do well against them, bit of a bogey team by all accounts.

If we go down, I reckon at least half of the players you have mentioned will leave for another club.

Agree Neil, I’d think Kane, KRH, Clay and Otoo would be offski.

Raith are unbeaten in 6 with 5 clean sheets (although one against us so it`s debatable the extent to which that counts!) so it seems like they`re getting their act together at last.

Looking on the positive side if we turn over Queens and Raith win then we`re 6 ahead with 9 to play for.

Too close for comfort though, already dreading Hampden.

We’re going to Hampden and I’m not sure what to think, once I’ve seen the lineup at 2pm that’ll dictate my mood and confidence 😂

We`ve also got a horrendous record against teams on bad runs - absolutely must win on Sat - whether we can do so is highly debateable 🤔😢

Going by previous years we all know when any team is struggling, they play us and win.

I hope Saturday is different.

A win and a Raith win makes everything better.

Well let`s hope we can turn the tide in our favour this saturday and get ahead of Airdrie and Hamilton
As Ahoy! Ahoy says A win for us , A Raith win and throw in a Partick win will be a great weekend !
We have to live in hope And the Big one is this Saturday , score first and I am confident , we need to take the game to them

Yeah a Partick win aswell, looking at the games Partick and Raith both at home and fighting for the playoff spot, you’d fancy both to win.i know there are no certainties but they both have the ability to win they games.

A win for us will almost certainly mean a victory over Airdrie at home, coupled with them losing, will ensure our survival.

I know that means winning back to back games for the first time this season and that’s a huge ask. I know I sound like a broken record but I hope we’re wrapping Kane in bubble wrap though the week and getting him ready for Saturdays.
