Just a minor thing I noticed but why on earth when KRH was down injured and subsequently subbed was Tash told to go off the pitch by the ref as if it was him getting treatment? Ref had an okay game but just another baffling situation to add to the long list of referee f*ck ups

He got treatment as well.

c'mon the pars

KRH and Todd are shadows of the players they were in League 1

Lennon talked about Otoo playing 2 fantastic balls across the box.

One of them was easily intercepted by the defender, and the other should have been cut back to the `D` or the penalty spot as there was an incoming player in acres of space.

That was an absolutely terrible watch today, as it has been too many times this season.

Tobi saved our skin. Cooper again looked an intelligent footballer who could do something different. Hamilton made some great interceptions but his passing was poor.

So much wrong with that team individually, attitude wise (today), and in the way they play.

A poor game, to the suprise of absolutely nobody.

As we usually do, we had most of the first half play but did nothing with it. It sort of felt that we were on top, but our shape was a bit weird. Every time we lost the ball in the middle of their half we looked really exposed and, for all the ball we had, it did feel Airdrie were liklier to score than us. It seemed to be mainly that any starting positions were further up the park than normal, but it just seemed set up for Airdrie to break on us.

We didn`t really look in danger in the seconde half, though we looked vulnerable a few times when we tried to work a space, got pressed and left them able to attack into space. We could have won it near the end and a narrow win wouldn`t have been undeserved but a draw was probably the fairest result.

I`d give any MOM award to the ref today. He wasn`t terrible which is a big imporvement on referees we`ve had recently, but the most impressive thing was the compassion and empathy he showed by only playing 2 minutes extra at the end.

My MoM was Chris Kane - he was one of the few who worked hard and tried to get himself into good positions, and of course, he cleared the big Airdrie chance off "the line" (if I recall correctly). 😉

Tbh Otoo did play a couple good balls across the box and no one was there.

MoM was a hard one today, can see why Hammy got it because he came on and won plenty tackles and won a few free kicks to take the pressure off.

I thought Cooper was a bit of a manage when he came on and done well to get that shot away which the keeper saved.

Apart from that there was no stand out, thought Kane linked up well but seems off it a bit.

I got the impression the players believed we were safe before the game started and that’s the way the game was played.

The only players with pass marks today
we`re Ritchie Hoslier and Chris Hamilton.
The rest were terrible.

Thought Hamilton and Oakley-Booth were good when they came on. Bene marshalled Fogarty and Mullen who I thought were both poor and KRH and Ngwenya don`t have what it takes to play as wing backs.
Kane was busy as usually and Yeboah just never seems to be in a position to use his speed. Cooper doesn`t do anything for me I`m afraid, looks afraid of his own shadow and reluctant to get stuck in.
Todd and Otoo just don`t work in there together and Todd seems t be running on empty.
There will be major changes no matter who comes in but at least Lennon seems to get results from a poor bunch. Two seasons in a row I.ve just wanted over as soon as possible. Onwards and upwards hopefully.

Pretty drab game and squad needs turned over. Too many players playing midfield that are defenders who can`t pass or control a ball in tight positions. It`s not their fault, just is what it is.

Was sitting in line with the goal in the main stand and the Airdrie one that was "cleared" off the line was miles in. Shocking officiating but we`ll obviously take it.

Its tuff being a Par but we love it!

Are you sure that wasn’t Kane’s baldy heid?

I was behind it in the Norrie and it looked well over the line on first view.

I was in the Norrie and thought it was well over the line. Was waiting for the lineman to give it.

It’s already been said, but another abject display, but we never learned anything we didn’t already know eh??

It’s not the last time I’ll see this squad (I’m going to Morton) but I can’t wait to see the back of it, and days like today are a stark reminder of why. Plenty effort but very very little quality……it’s actually a wonder how we stayed up!

We were fortunate to get away with a point today. From where I was sitting, the Airdrie effort was way over the line, and Tobi has had to make at least 2 big saves, 1 in each half. On another day, that doesn’t happen and Airdrie leave with a 2 or 3 goal margin.

I’m not going to say much more. I’m delighted we have stayed up and I’m excited about the future, however, I can’t wait for the dismantling to be done because quite frankly, the majority of this squad aren’t fit to wear the jersey!!

KRH is not a full back is a an old fashioned
out and out right winger. He doesn`t see
enough of the ball, when does, he looks good.

Tbf I thought it was well over. Perhaps someone from the NW had a better view. 5 of us all looked at each other. The Lino got there eventually but could not make a decision.

So glad this season is all but done. Massive changes needed in attack and midfield if we are to progress as a club.

No idea if it was over the line or not but none of the Airdrie players complained which suggests they didn’t think so

It didn`t occur to me that the ball might have been over the line. Chris Kane didn`t look as if was behind the line so how could the ball be?

The amount of people moaning about the standard of play is unreal. Don`t you get that the pitch is counterproductive to playing any kind of decent pay. Not to mention a cobbled together squad that is average at best.

I`m sure there will be a better standard of play next season, but don`t be expecting Barcelona/Man City style play.

It`ll still not be good enough for the Football Manager/Pro Evo legends on here.
