Shambles.

Getting rid of a winner (adding to a long list who have ‘failed’ at Spurs inc. Conte/ Jose) and if rumours are true appointing Frank, who isn’t a winner, is a bizarre one.

Ange will be Leeds manager by October.

Do you think I'm the man?

A) Yes, B) A or C) B

Yes thier squad was hit by injuries this season but with a manager who had more than just plan A they would have done better.

I like Ange and it’s a shame but despite the injuries in some games he sent them out like lambs to the slaughter.

Assuming you didn`t watch the Europa League final where he very definitely did have a Plan B.

You`re right Dave. I forgot Kane left just before he started. Was thinking that he bought Dominic Solanke for 60m to replace Kane.
Spurs finished once place above the relegation zones. They lost 22 out of 38 premier league games. In many seasons their pitiful points tally would have seen them relegated.

And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

Van De Ven was a huge miss for them, especially with the style they played.

Don’t think they sacked him because of the Europa League final.

As a spurs fan I’m devastated. He clearly gave up on the league to focus on doing something we’ve waited 17 years for …..winning something.

He should have been allowed this season to see how he goes.

I expect a few players to leave as they have all publicly backed Ange since Bilbao.

Levy needs to go - from the happiest we’ve been as a club to ruins in 2 weeks. Another masterclass by Levy.

In his first 3 transfer windows he spent £420 million and had the largest net spend in the league. I wouldn`t say it was spent well?

What a total joke to sack a manager whose team plays highly entertaining football and won a real European trophy — not just the league cup — that earned a place in the Champions League and a windfall to the club.

The media has droned on and on about Spurs’ league position, which no one will remember in 90 days. Spurs’ fans will always remember the trophy, though. The media had to come up with something after Ange followed through on his second-year trophy assertion.

I’ll be following a different EPL team next season.

It wasn`t just last season that cost him, the end of the previous season was poor too. In 2024 as a calendar year they picked up 51 points which was their lowest total in 17 years, they are on course to do worse again this year. In his first 58 league games he won 27 which was the same as Mourinho and 5 fewer than Conte did.Mourinho had a net spend of £86 million, Conte was £132.7m and Ange was £214.8m. I know a Spurs fan and they are glad to be rid of him.
Pochettino finished second in the league and got them in the Champions League final a few years ago and was sacked a few months later, so finishing 4th bottom was only ever going to end one way.

Honestly leeds fans would probably enjoy that, as it is a very similar style to marcelo bielsa, if plan A doesnt work, do it better

He`s had some nice tributes from his players. Of course they may be worrying about their futures now.

You clearly weren’t watching Spurs last season. There was nothing particularly entertaining about the way they played with Ange using injuries as an excuse for poor performance.
